My internet experience started in
April 1998. There are innumerable places to obtain free webset
themes and graphics, as well as software with lots of images, buttons,
gifs etc.. and I believe I'm becoming quite adept at pulling everything
together for a clean, functional, professional presentation.
There is an extremely wide variance on pricing of websites because
there are so many variables. I have created quite a few sites for friends
and businesses and have more under construction. I am not a professional
